Welcome to SwatStories, our Swarthmore College Admissions Blog written by current students.

Author: Kenzie Himelein-Wachowiak

Hey, I'm Kenzie, a current junior from Asheville, North Carolina. I spend a majority of my waking hours in Sci Commons, working towards a neuroscience major and Spanish minor, but if I'm not studying I'm probably at track or cross-country practice, making sad playlists on Spotify, or eating popcorn. My special talents include the ability to nap anytime, anywhere, and to excessively crack my knuckles. I'm a strong believer in kindness, honesty, listening skills, and a healthy amount of self-deprecation.
